For Players
Players should first use the e-mail address given to them (protality@esports360mag.com) to contact the PROTALITY management team in general.
Since the management team will also contact the players via e-mail as per the standard procedure in many matters, it is very important that the addresses you provide to us during the registration process are up-to-date and the relevant mailboxes are frequently reviewed for possible contact. During the tournament, they can contact our active team members on the Discord channel for issues related to the matches played or expected to be played at that time.
“I want to object to a match played, what can I do?”
For all kinds of problems, unexpected situations or possible cheating objections you encounter in matches, the channel you should use first in your applications will still be the e-mail address. As stated in the relevant section of the rule book, objections made outside of e-mail will not be accepted. In addition, since there will be certain content requested from you in these objections according to the rule book, please review these sections and make sure that your objection meets the conditions. In this way, the management will be able to respond to your applications with maximum speed and ease.
“One or more of my teammates will not be able to participate in the tournament for various reasons, how can I report this change?”
First of all, it is very important to check the limitations set by the rule book for these situations to understand whether the situation you are in is acceptable or not, and it will provide great convenience for both you and the management. If you are not sure, you can reach us from the e-mail address provided by the management and request information from our team by reporting your situation. If you are a player of a team that plays for an official team, this contact must be provided by the official personnel in your team. If you are on an independent team, your team captain should make this contact.
For Media
Media outlets can use eSports360‘s official contact channel (press@esports360mag.com) for broadcast rights and similar issues of the tournament. Individuals who want to engage in media activities individually must also communicate in writing at least 7 calendar days before the match or matches regarding the tournament management, within the framework specified in the rule book.
“I want to broadcast and present tournament matches on my own channel. Is this possible?”
In the absence of any agreement, eSports360 retains all the broadcasting rights of the tournament. If you want to get the broadcasting rights of one or more matches within the tournament, as stated above, you must contact the eSports360 team via e-mail at least 7 calendar days before the first match you want to receive the broadcasting rights for. Please note that the final decision on granting broadcast rights to individuals or organizations will be made by the eSports360 team.
“How can I share with you the information about a third party that broadcasts the tournament without permission, or that I suspect is broadcasting it without permission?”
If you encounter such a situation and want to let us know, it would be best to use our official e-mail address. As in all other matters, we would like to remind you that the contact you will establish with our team should not be shared without the written consent of our team in accordance with the confidentiality rules.
